Vanessa: HEARTBEAT

Yesterday I had my second midwife appointment, and I remembered to record the babies heartbeat. Hearing the heartbeat is so cool it just makes it real. Its so crazy to think there is a baby inside of me. After the appointment I text it to my mother and she totally freaked out, it was so funny. She loved it so much she set it as her ringtone, I dont know how long that will last though. Personally I think it would scare me every time.

I've been married to Daniel for a little over a year now. We are both in the military stationed at Ft. Campbell, KY. We are about 45min from Nashville. We are facing a lot of new changes in the near future. We just bought our first house on Friday. We will be in a different ward, so have to make new church friends, and we are expecting our first child in Aug. We are also still adjusting to married life as Daniel was gone for 10 months of our first year of marriage. Everything is a challenge but we know it will be worth it.
